Before I focused on coaching leaders in sandwich positions, I held responsibility at the second leadership level myself, reporting directly to top management. In different market phases, from growth to turnaround and profound internal transformation.
Functions: Global Head & Regional Head for core functions (finance, controlling, restructuring, foreign subsidiaries)
Transformation: steering of reorganisations and major projects (strategy, merger, spin-off, cultural change)
Leadership: leading internationally distributed teams (remote & on-site) in Hamburg, Copenhagen/Scandinavia and New York
